BATTER INGREDIENTS FOR DEEP-FRIED CHEESE CURDS:

Wheat flour, salt, corn meal, whey, spices and coloring and sodium bicarbonate
Deep-fried cheese curds are fried in soybean oil.

Wheat flour, corn meal, sugar, nonfat dry milk, soybean oil (with TBHQ added as antioxidant), dextrose, soy flour, egg yolk, sodium acid pyrophosphate, salt, sodium bicarbonate, soy lecithin, wheat starch, modified food starch, lemon powder, F.D.& C. colors Yellow #5 and Yellow #6
FRENCH FRIES – INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes, vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: soybean, canola, palm hydrogenated cottonseed, sunflower), disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (to promote color retention) and dextrose. French fries are fried in soybean oil.
Hamburger, hotdog, bratwurst and footlong buns are made by St. Agnes Baking Company, St. Paul, MN.
Ingredients: Patent flour, water, high gluten flour, sugar, vegetable oil, yeast, milk powder (contains soy), egg substitute (contains corn), salt, enzyme.
Common allergens present are: wheat, soy, dairy, eggs and corn. Allergens present in the bakery, but not directly in our bread products are: sunflower, sesame, flax. *The bakery currently does not use peanuts in the facility but they do use other nuts in some pastries.
